Squad 16 Consulting, Inc considers effective training to be the single largest contributing factor to success in using the ACT!™ program. Squad 16 operates the only public ACT! training center in New England. The training class offerings are on ACT! 2009 and would be applicable for users of ACT! 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005.

All training classes are held at the Squad 16 Consulting Training Center located just over the Connecticut border in East Longmeadow, MA. The facility is modern and well equipped, featuring networked workstations with the following minimum technical specifications:
